Last few decades, especially the last decade, have been the years of exponential technical progress. On hind side of all benefits, we have reaped of this technical advancement, security has grown up as a threat. Especially cybersecurity issues are exacerbated by the internet's rapid expansion. As a result, there are now enormous cybersecurity difficulties as cybercriminals have modified their tactics to the new environment. As a result, this area has become of utmost importance and concern.

We present this issue in the light of above challenge which contains three articles addressing the security issues in oil and gas industry, healthcare, and web itself.

Daniel Dauda Wisdom with his team presents a framework for 5G- integrated oil and gas industry. Since in Nigeria, oil and gas sector has a huge potential and all advancement in this sector are now propelled by the advent of newer communication technologies and therefore the concern of data breaches. Prerna Agrawal et al., has addressed the issue of privacy of healthcare data using machine learning. Many ethical aspects are also attached with the breach of healthcare data and thus to address this challenge is again of great importance. Keshav Kaushik in his articles introduces the dark side of web with the title Dark Web which is a playground for all cyber criminals. He has very nicely articulated the details of this thing.

The issue also contains three articles on different themes. No area of life is left without the intervention of artificial intelligence. Sudeep Varshney et al., has discussed the use of AI in prosthetics and how AI is helping the healthcare professionals to further helping the patients. Oil and gas industry is a risk-oriented industry where leakage of gas can create havoc. Madhu Khurana has proposed a gas detector model/system based on sensors which may help in identifying the timely detection of leakages and will not only be helpful in oil and gas industry while everywhere there is a chance of leakages of any gas. Finally, one article from Rohini et al., addresses the opportunities and challenges present on social media and crowd-sourcing applications.

I expect the readers will find the issue interesting and full of knowledge.
